HE is the Living Water

It is so important to stay in constant connection with the Father. He reveals so many things if we keep our hearts centered on Him. HE is the one who guides our lives.

Jeremiah 17:7-8 says “But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in Him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit”.

We have the amazing opportunity to be guided by a loving and powerful God. I don’t know about you, but there are times when so many different voices from people try and get my attention...and it can be pretty confusing on what to listen to. But then I remind myself to trust in HIS voice alone. And soon enough...all those other voices fade away and I am reminded of where my help comes from..HIM!

Let us remember to keep our roots by the stream..because HE is the living water..only HIM!!

I am starting this #meeshminute segment each week to encourage and strengthen the body of Christ. Every week I will share something that is on my heart. I pray that these devotions can reach many who would like to connect more with the Father. Please feel free to comment your thoughts each week! I love starting a conversation and connecting with others through His word!

Blessings and love to you all,

meesh

The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me,
because the Lord has anointed me
to proclaim good news to the poor.
He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,
to proclaim freedom for the captives
and release from darkness for the prisoners...
